Cancellation Policy
Dead Set Nails Policies – Please Read Before Booking To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, the following policies are in place: 1. Booking Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. 3. Late Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-SHOWS . 4. No-Shows & Repeated Cancellations: Clients who consistently cancel last minute or no-show may no longer be accepted as clients. Respecting time goes both ways. 5. Children Policy: Children are welcome if absolutely necessary, but must remain well-behaved at all times. Please be mindful—this is a space where other women come to relax and receive services. 6. Respect My Time & Space: Every appointment is custom and time is reserved just for you. Please respect my business the same way I respect your nails.
